What is the Event?

 

The Jog in the Bog is an Adventure Race for novice, intermediate level & experienced athletes alike. There are 2 formats: 

Super 6 & Super 8

 

If that's too energetic for you, but you would like to get out & do something - raise some money for your chosen charity in the Bog Fun Run

 

What else is happening?

 

Refreshments, Free Children's entertainment, music, & a humorous Compère throughout the day.

Quality BBQ food - from Dempsey's Food Emporium, Tuam - served throughout the day which is free to all competitors.

 

'Bogman's Ball'

with prize giving, various bands, DJ's, Irish dancers & more.

Saturday 16th July 2011:

 

Super 8 Race Starts @ 9.30am

 

Super 6 Race Starts @ 10.30am

 

Ball starts @ 7.00pm

Sunday 17th July 2011:

Clay Pigeon Shoot Starts @ 11.00am

Archery Starts @ 12.00pm

2FM & Kellogg's Summer of Discovery Team Starts @ 2.00pm

Bog Fun Run Starts @ 3.00pm
